Start and end of a tour

Basically, the meeting point and the end point of the tour are chosen so that you either have a connection to the public transport network (in Vienna) or there is a parking possibility for your vehicle.

If longer distances have to be covered for a tour, I will be very happy to organize the necessary transportation.

Meeting point

The journey to the agreed meeting point takes place independently. This point will be announced with the booking confirmation. Should you not be able to arrive in time, we ask for a telephone message. In case of a longer delay, sightseeing points can be shortened or omitted completely in order to keep the schedule.

In case of non-appearance at the agreed time and without telephone notification, we will of course wait 20 minutes, but after that we must assume that there is no longer interest in the tour. We ask for your understanding that in such a case no costs can be refunded.

Payment

For private tours, payment is always made in advance to the account I have given you. For public tours, the amount is collected in cash before the start of the tour.

Cancellation policy

Up to 14 days before the date: no cancellation fee
14-3 days before the appointment: 50% cancellation fee
From 3 days before the date: 100% of the agreed guide fee
